Initially the receptionist brought my cat(s) to ‘Animal Hospital of Hasbrouck Heights’ because of her warmth and caring attitude over the phone.

As a newer resident to the area, I needed a closer vet for my cats. As subsequent visits followed, my pets and I were treated with a smile from the whole office team at every step. Every vet tech showed genuine concern and love for my cats.

Dr Frezzo employs a wonderful team of people! I feel that Dr Frezzo is caring, intelligent and well informed. She helps a pet owner navigate sometimes stressful situations. My family can’t thank Dr. Frezzo and her Staff enough for the medical care they provide to our family pets. The Staff makes our pets feel special when they go in for a sick visit or a routine check up which allows us the parents to feel very comfortable with them.

I just today took my 14-year-old dog who had a tumor bigger than the size of a baseball to this hospital. The Veterinarian Dr. Mia Frezzo is an excellent Dr. She performed the surgery immediately. Obviously, my dog is in a lot of pain and discomfort, but I was extremely impressed by Dr. Mia Frezzo, she is a true professional. She explained everything thoroughly, took the necessary tests and the results of the blood work and X-Ray were available immediately. I was also very impressed with her staff they are all compassionate and courteous The Hospital is impeccably clean and organized.

I cannot say enough good things about the hospital and its staff. I immediately requested the medical records for both my dogs and provided them to Dr. Mia.
