Initially the receptionist brought my cat(s) to 'Animal Hospital of Hasbrouck Heights' because of her warmth and caring attitude over the phone.

As a newer resident to the area, I needed a closer vet for my cats. As subsequent visits followed, my pets and I were treated with a smile from the whole office team at every step. Every vet tech showed genuine concern and love for my cats.

Dr Frezzo employs a wonderful team of people! I feel that Dr Frezzo is caring, intelligent and well informed. She helps a pet owner navigate sometimes stressful situations. Dr Frezzo seems enlightened regarding alternative therapies offering a comprehensive tx plan. She answered my exhaustive list of questions! Even after Dr Frezzo left the exam room, the vet techs answered any lingering questions making me feel confident in my decisions. After all, our pets are our family...'Animal Hospital of Hasbrouck Heights' treats them as such.

On June 3rd our beloved Chimpy was in medical distress. The doctors and medical staff at Hasbrouck Heights Animal Hospital did everything possible to not only save our dog but went about it on a very gentle and comforting way. I will always be grateful to them on Chimpy's last day and highly recommend them to all pet owners.

Dear Dr. Frezzo and Staff,

My family can't thank Dr. Frezzo and her Staff enough for the medical care they provide to our family pets. The Staff makes our pets feel special when they go in for a sick visit or a routine check up which allows us the parents to feel very comfortable with them.

We all are protective of our pets and to know that we have someone who genuinely cares about them means the world us. Dr. Frezzo and her Staff have been through sickness with 2 of our dogs resulting in them both passing 1 year apart from each other. Being devastated at the time Dr. Frezzo and Adrianna were waiting at the front door for me to arrive with my Lena, helped me through the grieving process and last goodbye's, in addition to making the necessary arrangements for Lena. I appreciate them being there for me with their kindness.We will always think of Dr. Frezzo and her Staff as a part of our family

There are no words to express the gratitude my parents and I feel for the compassion you and your staff showed us while losing Gracie.  Saying good-bye  to her was devastating, but I'm so very grateful that it was you that could giver her peace. You were all amazing - Thank you for the extra time you gave us.  Most importantly though thank you for being part of her journey.
