Dear Dr. Frezzo,

There are no words to express the gratitude my parents and I feel for the compassion you and your staff showed us while losing Gracie.  Saying good-bye  to her was devastating, but I’m so very grateful that it was you that could giver her peace. You were all amazing – Thank you for the extra time you gave us.  Most importantly though thank you for being part of her journey.
